Training
Upload what this agent should know. A collection is searched by meaning. Markdown stays in CompaOne and matches the words in the file. Both are used when someone asks.
Collection is the default for PDFs and other documents (up to 10 files, 8 MB each). A .md file defaults to Markdown notes (5 files, 256 KB each). Name a Markdown file Book_title.md and any agent reads that text straight through, up to 10 MB. Book files are for reading only and are not used as notes. You can switch the store before you upload.
Documents
A file named Book_title.md is a full reading for any agent. Each agent can hold 24 of these, and each file must be 10 MB or smaller. A larger file stays on your computer and is not uploaded. The agent reads one only when someone asks for it by name. These files are not used as notes.
Work adult (custom only)
Originals and pets stay soft in Work. Custom agents can opt in for adult venues.
Staff
People sets who is staff. Mail sends confirmations and notices as support@compaone.com unless you save another From address. Incoming mail stays in Exchange / Outlook. Storage shows the Azure account for new agent media; the key stays in App Settings.
